Second, the use of digital display intelligent temperature controller
Set temperature : Press the SET button to set or view the temperature set point. Press the SET button and the digital tube character starts to flash, indicating that the meter enters the setting state. Press the â–³ button to increase the setting value. Press the â–½ button to decrease the setting value. Press and hold the â–³ button or the â–½ button to change the data quickly. When the temperature is needed, press the SET button again to return to the normal working state and the temperature setting is completed.
The following parameters have been debugged at the factory, and can be adjusted if the requirements are not met.
Press the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the inner parameter setting state.
E : This parameter is the advance amount of heating stop when P=0 . When P is not equal to 0 , the meter is the intelligent PID working mode. When P is not equal to 0 , the E parameter is meaningless.
P: proportional band, i.e., proportional control, the meter is set to P values are distributed on both sides of the center set point, the meter operates in the PID mode at P range.
T : It is the heating output cycle period, that is, the relay working cycle period, the T value is small, the control effect is good, but the T value is too small, the relay will reduce the life due to frequent work. Generally, the T value is 20-60 seconds.
To simplify operation, the meter's integration and derivative time are designed to be hidden parameters, which are automatic default values.
Correction of the error : The displayed value can be corrected when it is confirmed that the value displayed by the meter is not the correct measured value. Press the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument. The first parameter that appears and flashes is E00 , which is the advance amount. Press the SET button again and the flashing parameter is the error correction parameter. You can modify this with the △ or ▽ key. parameter. The error correction range is -9.9°C to +9.9°C. After the correction is completed, press the SET button to exit. When the instrument is shipped, the correction value is 0.0. When using it, it should be prevented from correcting the correct display to incorrect.
