First, materials and methods
1. Water conditions set by cages Zhangwu Reservoir is a hilly medium reservoir with fresh water, abundant dissolved oxygen, and pH 7.2-7.6. The average transparency is 76cm in summer and 150-200cm in winter. The cage is set in the backwater pool under the power station with a transparency of 150 cm, a pH of 7.4, dissolved oxygen of 8 to 10 mg/l, a water temperature of 13 to 15°C in winter, a water temperature of 17 to 19°C in summer, and a flow rate of 0.47 m/s.
2. Net cage structure and setting cages are made of double-layered 5×3 knotted polyethylene mesh nets, with a 0.5 cm negative seedling box mesh size and a cage size of 1 m×1 m×1 m. 2.5 cm, cage size is 2m × 2m × 2m. Bamboo cages are used on all sides of the cage as frames. Foam and oil drums are used as floats, and bricks are used as sinks to allow the cage to fully extend in water. Ten days before stocking, the fish will put water in cages to soften them and attach some attachments to reduce the scratches when seedlings enter the box.
3. Fish species stocking In March 2005, 26 kg of rainbow trout fry were purchased from Huairou, Beijing, with specifications of 4.2 g/tail. Fish species were sterilized with 3% to 5% saline before stocking for 10 minutes.
4. Feeding management
(1) Feed Feeding: The fish should be fed with warm water soaked rainbow trout opening materials on the 3rd day. The specific method is to use 40°C warm water to soak the opening material 20 minutes before feeding. The water and material ratio is 1:1. . Feed three times a day, from 9:00 to 10:00 in the morning, from 12:30 to 13:30 in the afternoon, and from 16:00 to 17:00 in the afternoon. When the fry grows about 15 centimeters into the fish box, they are fed with rainbow trout fish, 3 times a day, 8:00 to 9:00 in the morning, 12:00 to 13:00 in the afternoon, and 17:00 to 18 in the afternoon. : 00, each time 7% to 10% of the fish body. Special person responsible for feeding, adhere to the "four set" feeding, and according to the weather, water temperature and negative food intake to grasp the amount of feeding.
(2) Day-to-day management: A person is responsible for management, observe it 24 hours a day, and make a good log. Wash the cage once a week to ensure the convection of the water inside and outside the cage. Check the cage regularly for damage and avoid fish escape. In the hottest days of July, August and September, black plastic nets were set up above the cages to block the sun from direct sunlight and the water temperature was too high, which affected the feeding and growth.
(3) Prevention of Fish Diseases: Disinfect the whole box with "bromochlorohydantoin" once every half a month. The method is twice a day, each time using 100 grams, "bromochloroheine" dissolved in water after the whole box evenly spilled, used for 3 days. Antibiotic baits are given once a month for 6 consecutive days. The preventive effect of the above measures was significant. In addition, the water temperature was low and the flow rate was fast. No fish disease occurred during the culture period.
Second, the results
July 2006 sale. A total of 2,795 kilograms of rainbow trout was harvested, with an average size of 650 g/tail, priced at 42 yuan/kg, and the output value was 116,390 yuan. The total expenditure is 66,364 yuan, including 5,000 yuan for seedlings, 53,664 yuan for feed, 1,300 yuan for fishery medicine, 5,000 yuan for personnel salaries, and 1400 yuan for depreciation of cages. The net profit is 50026 yuan, and the input-output ratio is 1:1.75.
Third, discuss and analyze
1. Set up the cage The cage is set in the area where the flow rate is slower, the temperature is lower, and it is not exposed to direct sunlight in the backwater pool to facilitate the feeding and growth of the fish. To prevent high temperatures in the summer, ride a awning over the cage.
2. Stocking rate and survival rate of fingerlings Rainbow trout farming should enlarge the size of fingerlings and keep them in grades, that is, sparsely with the growth of fish. The stocking density is 1500 fish/m3, and the fish species is 300 fish/m3. It is 60/m3. In our breeding process, due to adequate feed and good water quality, the breeding density is relatively large. The specific data for stocking density depends on the specific conditions. Due to the low water temperature, fast flow rate, sufficient dissolved oxygen and less disease, our breeding has a high survival rate of 86%.
3. Feed feeding and feed coefficient The rainbow trout feeds fiercely and has a large amount of food. Therefore, it is fed at 7% to 10% of the body weight. The feeding time is longer and the last meal is 50% of the whole day. . It is sufficient to feed 80% of them each time, and at the same time pay attention to the palatability of the feed. The young fry was soaked in water for a young hour, followed by growth of flour, small granules, and large granules. Use rainbow trout special feed, full nutrition, fast growth.
