[Abstract] Objective: To design a new medical equipment integrated management system based on ad hoc network and Internet of Things technology to improve the management efficiency of medical equipment in the traditional medical equipment management system. Methods: Introduce self-organizing network and cloud computing network technology to achieve fast and seamless link between various management system modules, and provide complete operation manuals and equipment status information. Results: The system adopts new monitoring and wireless networking technology, which monitors the operation status of all medical instruments and equipment in the hospital, records and counts various operational information, and realizes functions such as management, tracking and statistics of all medical instruments and equipment in the hospital; In addition, the manual provides easy access to the health of the instrument for maintenance and repair. Conclusion: Based on the self-organizing network and the Internet of Things technology medical equipment integrated management system, the maturity and reliability of the system are verified through actual deployment, which can greatly improve the efficiency of medical equipment.

As the next generation Internet technology, the Internet of Things, combined with industrialization and informatization, will fundamentally change the shape of the industry, greatly promote technological progress and improve people's living conditions. The application potential of IoT technology in the medical field is huge, which can help hospitals realize intelligent medical treatment of patients and intelligent management of objects. With the development of modern medical technology, the detection technology has been gradually updated, and the number of medical instruments and equipment has increased greatly in terms of types and quantities. How to manage many devices, improve their use efficiency, reduce waste, and put forward to medical institutions. A bigger challenge.

With the continuous development of medical device management systems, IoT technology has received extensive attention in this field and has become one of the key technologies to improve the efficiency of medical device management. From the application point of view, using modern sensor technology, wireless ad hoc network technology and integrated information processing technology can more scientifically and effectively manage the hospital's medical equipment, the hospital's main medical equipment and equipment access to the Internet of Things, through the cloud computing network Provide real-time access, query and management in multiple ways, which can control and operate hospital medical equipment management at high speed and efficiency, reduce the use and maintenance cost of medical equipment, avoid repeated waste, and effectively enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital.

In view of the shortcomings of traditional medical equipment management electronic information, this study introduces self-organizing network and cloud computing technology, and proposes an integrated medical equipment management system based on ad hoc network and Internet of Things technology. The wireless network realizes self-assembly, self-diagnosis, self-healing and self-routing, which reduces user participation and greatly provides network work efficiency. The introduced cloud computing network technology can cover hospitals (users), health management institutions, medical equipment manufacturers and maintenance vendors into the system, and statistics on the use of various medical equipments, fault conditions, procurement costs, and usage and use of different manufacturers. Maintenance costs, etc.; Designed a universal interface protocol to unify the research and development, production, sales, use, feedback, maintenance and management of medical equipment, effectively promote the progress of the entire industry chain. The integrated management system proposed in this study verifies the reliability and effectiveness of the system through actual deployment testing.

1 Medical equipment integrated management system design

The medical equipment integrated management system based on the ad hoc network and the Internet of Things technology monitors the operation status of the medical instruments and equipment by using the monitoring terminal, and transmits the operation information to the server through the wireless interface, and the server records and counts the state information of each medical instrument and provides real-time information. The monitored window is displayed. The server needs to establish local and cloud databases, record device information, and provide information such as operation manuals and operation records. The server and cloud software can also automatically provide reports of various formats as needed. In order to obtain the location information of medical equipment, the system will integrate the existing radio frequency identification (RFID) technology, attach RFID tags to medical equipment, set up bayonet in each department and ward, and scan in and out medical equipment. In addition, the monitoring terminal can also obtain its approximate location by knowing which wireless bridge it is mounted on.

Based on the ad hoc network and the Internet of Things technology, all devices in the medical equipment integrated management system can update the firmware and software by online upgrade. The hardware design fully considers redundancy and backup. If the update fails, it can still be restored to the previous version. .

The functional modules of the medical equipment integrated management system based on the self-organizing network and the Internet of Things technology mainly include: 1 monitoring terminal: monitoring the operating state of the medical device, providing wireless transmission and routing functions; 2 main control interface module: providing the server through the serial port of the server Wireless interface; 3 wireless bridge: provide wireless connection with the monitoring terminal, and connect to the server through WiFi or wired Ethernet; 4 server: mainly software part, record the operating status of each medical device, provide operation manual and operation record, output Reports of various format contents, in addition to other hardware module management and configuration; 5 cloud computing network server: summarize all the single servers, provide cloud database and access interface, support remote access, can be deployed in each On a separate server, the overall architecture of the system is shown in Figure 1.
