Third, the pump heat

Cause: The bearing is damaged; the gap between the rolling bearing or the bracket cover is too small; the pump shaft is bent or the two shafts are not concentric; the tape is too tight; the oil or oil is not good; the balance hole on the impeller is blocked, the impeller is out of balance, and the direction is increased. Fourth, can not start the situation

Five, can not absorb water

The reason is that there is air or water in the pump body, or the bottom valve is not closed, the water pump is not full, the vacuum pump packing is seriously leaked, and the gate valve or the door is not closed. Exclusion method; first press the water up, then fill the pump body with water, then turn it on. Colleagues check whether the check valve is tight, and whether the pipeline or joint is leaking. If air leakage is found, apply lubricant or blend paint at the joint after tightening, and tighten the screw. Check the oil seal ring of the pump shaft. If the wear is serious, replace the new one. The pipeline is leaking or leaking. The nut may not be tightened when it is installed.
