Niu arrived at the tea production in Shimen County, Hunan Province. The high mountains here are densely forested, and the mountain temples under the mountain are the prestigious Buddhist shrines. “Shimen County Chronicle” describes the scenery of Jiashan Mountain as “Yuanziziguiqing嶂Ling, Birds with Flowers Bibi Cliff Spring”. According to legend, the peasant leader Li Zicheng of the Ming Dynasty once worked as a monk in the Jiashan Temple and has been a monk for 31 years. There are two large mountains on both sides of the mountain. The top of the mountain is lush and the forest is dense; between the two mountains, there is a stream that is not thirsty all year round. The name Jiashan is probably due to the special terrain of the area. Most of the tea trees are on the mountainside and in the mountains.
