Peanut protein preparation

Low-temperature pre-pressing - leaching peanuts → removing impurities → drying → crushing → degerming and red coating → steaming frying → pre-pressing → leaching → desolvation → comminution → peanut protein powder ↓ ↓ 予 oil extraction leaching oil solvent

The main process parameters:

(1) To remove impurities and drying: The peanuts are mixed and dried to reduce the moisture to 4-5%. (2) crushing, steaming and frying: crushing to 2-4 flaps, removing germs more than 50%, removing more than 90% of red clothes, crushed and steamed at 115 °C for 40 minutes. (3) Pre-pressing and leaching: pre-pressing at low temperature and leaching oil (the temperature is not more than 105°C). (4) Desolvation, crushing: Desolvation and comminution to obtain peanut protein. The protein content is more than 55%, the fineness is 110 mesh, and the oil yield is 99%.
