1. Ground storage and distribution:

The majority of farmers in the tea area and small tea factory processing plants use this method to spread and store fresh leaves. Where fresh leaves are spread, it is required to be clean, cool, breathable, and protected from direct sunlight. It is required to be spread on bamboo rafts, but not directly on the ground. Under normal circumstances, the thickness of fresh leaves in bulk tea is generally 15-20 cm, and the maximum is no more than 30 cm. The fresh leaves that can be spread out per square meter are 10-15 kg; fresh leaves of famous tea fresh leaves are spread. The thickness is 2 to 3 cm, and the fresh leaves can be spread from 2 to 3 kg per square meter. The advantage of this method is that the equipment investment is low, but the disadvantage is that the required plant area is large.  

2, curtain shelf storage:

The main structure of the curtain type storage device can be divided into two parts: the frame and the leaf mesh. It can be processed from wood or stainless steel. The frame is used to place the leaf mesh disk. Generally, there are 5-8 mesh disks, and each layer has a height of 30-40 cm. The mesh frame is usually made of wood, and the bottom is made of stainless steel wire mesh. The depth is about 15 cm, and the fresh leaves are spread in the plate. The mesh tray can be freely pushed and pulled out of the frame like a drawer to facilitate the placement of fresh leaves and the removal of fresh leaves. Since the humidity and temperature of the storage room are easy to increase after using the storage device, air conditioning or ventilation and dehumidification equipment can be installed in the storage room to ensure the quality of fresh leaves stored. The storage device has the advantages of simple structure, low investment and easy operation, and can save about 70% of the plant area than the ground. Moreover, it can avoid the contact of fresh leaves with the ground, clean and sanitary, and meet the requirements of processing of pollution-free tea.  

3, storage tank trough storage:

The basic structure of the storage tank is a long groove that is opened on the ground, leaving gaps on the sides of the orifice plate. The front end of the tank is equipped with a low-pressure axial fan, and the bottom of the tank is made about 5 from front to back. Gradually increasing slope. The grooved surface is plated with steel plate. The hole plate is 2 meters long and 1 meter wide. Generally, 4 to 5 plates are used to form a groove. The hole diameter of the through hole on the plate is mostly 3 cm. The hole area ratio of the steel plate is More than 30%. The groove surface in production also uses wire mesh or bamboo mesh structure. However, support should be paid to ensure the load-bearing of fresh leaves and to avoid the operator stepping on the stencil. The thickness of the leaf of the storage tank can reach 1.0 to 1.5 meters, and the surface of the tank can be spread from 100 to 150 kilograms per square meter, and no need to turn over the leaves. In order to ensure the heat dissipation during the greening, the fan can be alternately blasted for 20 minutes and stopped for 40 minutes. When the night or the temperature is low, the downtime can be lengthened appropriately. When the daytime or the temperature is high, the downtime can be shortened. The storage tank is generally used for storage of fresh leaves of bulk tea.  

4, car equipment storage:

The vehicle-type storage equipment consists of a blower and a storage trolley, and one fan can be connected in series with several cars. The trolleys are generally 1.8 meters long, 1 meter wide and 1 meter high. The lower part of the trolley is equipped with a steel orifice plate. Under the plate is a wind chamber, and the plate is a storage room. A duct is arranged in front of and behind the air chamber, and the duct can be connected in series with a fan or other car duct, and a damper is mounted on the tube. The cold air blown by the fan during work passes through the air duct, the air chamber, through the orifice plate and through the leaf layer, blowing off the water vapor, reducing the leaf temperature, and achieving the purpose of storing the green. Each car can store 200 kilograms of green leaves. When paying, take off a small car and push it to the working machine to process it. This kind of storage equipment is flexible and easy to use, and it is generally used in large-scale tea processing.
