This is also the first time the bureau has seized suspected counterfeit brand medical devices. At present, the case is still under investigation. According to the relevant person in charge of the bureau, the above-mentioned color ultrasonic diagnostic system was imported from Hong Kong and its origin is Austria. The inspection and quarantine department has found that many of the products do not comply with the "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices", "Regulations on the Management of Medical Devices and Labels," and other relevant provisions, including the registration of the registration number on the fuselage and the registration of medical devices provided by the enterprise. The registration number of the certificate is inconsistent, and the imported registration number marked on the fuselage does not exist. The product nameplate has no product life or expiration date, agent and other relevant information; the convex array probe number in the product accessories RAB4-8-D is not included in the list of registration certificates and is an unregistered accessory. In addition, its safety mark is unqualified. It is reported that in recent years, some unscrupulous enterprises have attempted to swindle customs clearance orders into China through the forgery of documents and other means, in order to obtain high profits and renovate old medical equipment that China has banned from importing, which seriously threatens the lives of our people. The Shenzhen Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau attached great importance to the above-mentioned products detected, and immediately organized an expert group to go to the enterprise warehouse for further investigation, and contacted the brand manufacturer to confirm that the product was not manufactured by the brand manufacturer and was suspected of counterfeiting.
