Agricultural science and technology achievements transformation project Shannvshan artificial propagation pilot test passed

Recently, the agricultural science and technology achievement transformation project undertaken by the Heilongjiang Institute of Water Sciences, “The Yamagata Artificial Reproduction Pilot Test” was passed by experts from the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Agriculture in Qingdao.

The project has conducted in-depth research on the techniques and techniques of large-scale seed production for female pseudo-male phalloides breeding and female diploids, all females triploids, rainbow trout and mountain female fry, and obtained rainbow trout and mountain female species. The comparison of muscle and flesh quality with parental data laid the foundation for artificial breeding, large-scale breeding and artificial reproduction.

Since the implementation of the project, 25,500 tailed brooded gems and 29,000 broodstocks have been cultivated. Established 2 demonstration bases for expansion, 3 new products were cultivated, 1 production line was established, 1 artificial breeding and breeding operation procedures for Shannushao were developed, and 3 papers were published. Artificial breeding of 2.87 million fry, eye eggs and hatching rate reached 70% and 80%, respectively, and in the Tumen River to release 200,000 tails of all female diploid Hawthorn. The two expansion bases achieved a total output value of 2.637 million yuan and a profit of 1.05 million yuan.
