Dental Autoclave (18L/23L, Class B) (SDT-SS11)
European Class B standard, with three pre-vacuum and depth of the pre-vacuum drying function. Residual humidity is <0.2; Vacuum ability up to -0.85bar. Apply to sterilize various types of instruments like packaged, non-packaged, solid, A type hollow, B class of porous and hollow tube. To be sure remove the internal air of Hollow instruments(such as High-spped hand piece) with high efficient and sure the higher temperature steam reach every corner.
A unique function of sterilizing cotton wool, not only sterilization equipment, but also the assistant of your job. There have BOWIE & DICK test and Helix tests for detection of steam penetration. The data of sterilization can printed by external mini-printer which is one of optional device or be downloaded by USB port.
Technical Features:
1. Steam generator and heating coil work separately.
Separate heating work of steam generator and heating coil lead to easy manipulation of the speed and volume of steam, reducing the water consumption. Heating coil lifetime is prolonged because its temperature will fall when chamber temperature goes up.
2. Material of cover is safe and reliable
Covers and chambers are made of imported 2mm SU304 stainless steel which will guarantee safety at a high pressure inside chambers and avoid the second pollution caused by the corrosion.
