The body packaging machine is a vacuum packaging machine that is very popular among consumers. The body packaging machine adopts vacuum packaging technology to put the product into the packaging bag or the container, and when the vacuum degree in the bag reaches a preset index, the packaging bag is sealed. The vacuum packaging process of the body packaging machine is short in working time, the packaging production rate is high, and the shelf life of the food is extended to achieve the purpose of long-term storage.

We can briefly divide the operation of the body wrapper into two steps:

At this time, the vacuum degree can be adjusted according to the packaging requirements (the scale is from low to high, the adjustment is small), and the vacuum packaging is required after the request is reached. After the machine is exhausted, the indicator light is extinguished, and then enters the heat sealing and inflation stage. When inflated to the set time, the opening is sealed (the heat-sealing is set on the control panel, the rotation is small). At this stage, when the pre-alignment time is reached, the heat seal indicator is extinguished and the heat seal is completed.

After completing the operation described above, the vacuum chamber of the body packaging machine automatically turns on the air, and the cover is lifted to complete the vacuum packaging process. The body packaging machine should control the adjustment range during the vacuum packaging process, and should not open the big joint to avoid burning the heat sealing accessories.
