Indoor planting mushrooms with good soil and culture

When planting Pleurotus ostreatus indoors, a prominent problem is that the air temperature is not easy to grasp, and the surface of the culture material is easy to dry, affecting the production of Pleurotus ostreatus. After repeated experiments, the author believes that the soil-covered cultivation effect is good. Mushrooms can be used as a choice of abandoned or temporarily unused homes (must be repainted with lime water), heating and ventilation facilities. Set up the bed frame indoors, the bed frame is about 60cm apart, and the lowermost floor is 20~30cm from the ground. Each cubic meter of indoor use 12ml formaldehyde and 5g potassium permanganate mixed fumigation. Ingredients and sowing raw materials use sawdust, wheat straw, straw, corn cob, corn stover, bean straw, etc., but also need to add some nutrient raw materials, according to the general method of preparation and disinfection. Seeding can be used sowing or layer sowing, after the broadcast leveling slightly compacted, the material surface covered with a layer of paper, paper and then cover the plastic film to keep warm moisture. Sowing is broadcast from the upper bed frame and broadcasts layer by layer. The entire operation must be strictly disinfected. After the management, the indoor temperature is kept at about 24°C, and the humidity is about 70%. Check the temperature of the material every day. If it is higher than 25°C, the membrane should be opened to cool it. The temperature of the bed should be maintained at about 24°C, until the mycelium grows to 2/3 of the culture material. It is better to use peat soil as the cover soil, and clay can be used without peat soil. Cover soil should be wet, first adjust the ph value to 7 ~ 7.5, and then cover the material surface. Dry soil can also be directly covered with water after coating. The thickness of the cover soil should be 2~3cm. After the soil is covered, the surface of the soil is kept moist and the ventilation is increased. The temperature of the mushroom house is gradually reduced to 15°C to 17°C, and the humidity is maintained at about 90%. After the budding and harvesting of the bed surface, the film is removed and the ventilation and light transmission are enhanced to control the temperature and keep the soil moist. Pleurotus ostreatus can be harvested when it grows, and ventilation should be opened when harvesting. After picking the mushrooms, the bed should be cleaned and the water stopped for 4 to 5 days to allow the mycelium to resume its growth. Then the water is sprayed to keep the bed moist. A week or so, a mushroom bud can be grown. Generally, 3 mushrooms can be harvested.
